Poses Scientifically Proven to Build Better Balance
At any age balance, agility, coordination and strength are vital for daily living. In partnership with the University of Miami, Yoga Journal has studied the muscle utilization patterns of different yoga poses. This sequence is the result of their scientific data proven to increase balance and prevent falls.
You have up to two hours prior to the class start time to cancel your registration before you will forfeit either the payment for the class or one class off of your class pass. Unlimited memberships will be charged a $10 fee. There will be no admittance once the class has started, so please allow yourself enough time. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance by emailing email@example.com or calling (678) 561-5346 or you will be charged the full rate of the session. If you must cancel your workshop registration, you must do so at least 48 hours beforehand and your payment may be transferred to a future event.
