I started my yoga journey 7 years ago. I have always worked as a teacher in this lifetime and found it as a way to relax and handle creeping anxiety between work and school. I fell in love with the way it connected me to my body and opened my heart on and off that mat. It has been a great aid in forming my codes in everyday life.  I host many intentional spaces to inspire the world around me to find interconnection and raise the vibrational energy for all life on earth.
