Studio Etiquette

  • Stay home if you are not feeling well, coughing, sneezing, fever, or showing any signs of illness.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class and check in with your instructor.

  • You will not be able to enter after class has started.

  • Please remove shoes and place on shelf.

  • Props, except mats, are available for your use. You are also welcome to bring your own props. We recommend a bottle of water, a block, and a strap (a belt and scarf also work) if you have them.

  • Kindly refrain from using perfumes and oils prior to class as some of our members may have an allergy.

  • Please only bring what you need into the studio and leave everything else in your car. If you must bring your cell phone into the practice space, please make sure it is turned off or in silent mode.

  • All practitioners must be at least 13 years of age. Those under the age of 18 must have parental consent (signature of Liability Waiver).

Class Registration

  • Preregistration at least one hour in advance is required for all classes. Some of our classes are filling to or near capacity. Classes that do not have anyone signed up one hour before class start time may be canceled.

  • Drop-ins are always welcome to classes that are on the schedule, but registering in advance helps to ensure not only your space in the class, but also helps to ensure the class will not be canceled.

  • We encourage you to check our schedule online prior to attending class for any rare last-minute changes or cancellations.

  • Classes that have not had anyone sign up one hour before class time, may be canceled.

  • You can sign up for classes up to 14 days in advance.

Waitlist

  • When a class has reached its maximum capacity, you will have the option to be added to our waitlist. Go ahead and put yourself on the waitlist as there are often cancellations.

  • Make sure that you have signed up and are receiving our class notifications. You will be notified if you are moved from the waitlist into the class.

  • If you can no longer attend a class that you are waitlisted for, please remove yourself from the list.

Cancellations & No Shows

  • You have up to two hours prior to the class start time to cancel your registration before you will forfeit either the payment for the class or one class off of your class pass. Unlimited memberships will be charged a $10 fee. You can cancel your class online or from the Fit by Wix app.

  • There will be no admittance once the class has started, so please allow yourself enough time.

Memberships

  • First payment is on the date of purchase.

  • No commitment necessary. Cancel at any time.

  • Each membership offers one guest pass each month. These passes do not roll over and must be used for students new to Wyld Roots Yoga. Have your guest set up an account with us and then email hello@wyldrootsyoga.com to register your guest for a class.

  • If all classes are used before the month is up, you may purchase additional classes at the membership rate until renewal. For Auto-Renew 6 Class Pass Memberships: $14.00.

  • Members may hold/suspend their membership for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month/year. Members may suspend for free up to two times per year. After that, each suspension will incur a $20 fee. Fill out this form at least 14 days before to request your hold.

  • You must fill out this form at least 30 days before your next payment in order to cancel your membership. Memberships may not be canceled in person or over the phone.

Payments & Refunds

  • Please understand that we are trying to create a contact-free environment as much as possible.  Credit card purchasing in advance of a class is preferred.

  • There are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers for class or class pass purchases.

  • Any student cancellations for workshops or events that occur 24 hours or less of the start, as well as any no-shows, will not be refunded or used for exchange.

  • You have up to two hours prior to the class start time to cancel your registration before you will forfeit either the payment for the class or one class off of your class pass.
