In this class series, we will explore yoga and moving our bodies on the mat. We will cover not only asana (the postures) but the foundations of yoga including breath and mindfulness. Classes will include movement and discussion (questions encouraged!). The series will run for four weeks. Perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga, or those wanting a deeper dive into their practice.
You have up to two hours prior to the class start time to cancel your registration before you will forfeit either the payment for the class or one class off of your class pass. Unlimited memberships will be charged a $10 fee. There will be no admittance once the class has started, so please allow yourself enough time. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance by emailing email@example.com or calling (678) 561-5346 or you will be charged the full rate of the session. If you must cancel your workshop registration, you must do so at least 48 hours beforehand and your payment may be transferred to a future event.
