Power Flow is a fast-paced style of yoga that's focused on building strength and endurance. It can help you build and tone muscles. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories. This class involves moving continuously from one pose to the next, in a faster-paced environment. Expect to move a little faster, hold poses a little longer, sweat, and lots of ab work.
You have up to two hours prior to the class start time to cancel your registration before you will forfeit either the payment for the class or one class off of your class pass. Unlimited memberships will be charged a $10 fee. There will be no admittance once the class has started, so please allow yourself enough time. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (678) 561-5346 or you will be charged the full rate of the session. If you must cancel your workshop registration, you must do so at least 48 hours beforehand and your payment may be transferred to a future event.
